Where's the Martin?

Trusst runs a stringed-instrument repair shop end to end — intake, approvals, the bench, invoices, card payments, and the numbers underneath it. One place, instead of paper tickets, a text thread, and a spreadsheet.

What are we charging for this?

Intake is a form your shop built: client, instrument, the fields you actually ask about, photos, and the estimate line by line. It prints or AirPrints on your letterhead with your logo, so the customer leaves holding a real ticket.

Form templates are per-shop. If you always ask about case, finish, and string gauge, the form asks about case, finish, and string gauge.

Did she ever approve the neck reset?

You sent photos of the heel and a price. She approved it by email at 9:12 on the 4th, and that is recorded against the repair — who answered, when, and how. Find something else mid-repair and the change order works the same way.

The email carries your shop's name and logo. It does not carry ours.

Your Martin D-28 — estimate for approval

Hi Ana — the neck angle is past what a saddle adjustment can fix, so the reset is the honest repair. Photos of the heel and the current action are below. Nothing happens until you say so.

Your customer never downloads anything, and never makes an account.

Every customer touchpoint — status, estimates, change orders, messages, paying the invoice — works from an email link on whatever phone they already have. There is no customer password to reset, because there is no customer password.

What did we actually make last quarter?

Revenue from paid invoices, expenses you logged with receipt photos, and the net, by whatever period you ask for. Export it to CSV and hand it to whoever does your taxes.

Owner only. A technician signing in at the bench sees the work and never sees this screen — that boundary is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.
